Located outside Picture Rocks, the Sportsmen have raised and stocked trout out of this location since early in its establishment in the mid-1990s. Located on the banks of Roaring Run, the nursery supports 9,000 trout, including its holdover trout, and typically serves as the source for the Sportsmen’s in-season stocking and annual Dick Harner Kids Trout Derby.
Named in honor of longtime member, volunteers support the nursery throughout the year, maintaining the facility and feeding the trout.
